BLUE CRYSTAL HEART BROOCH, 2022

Andrew Logan's iconic heart brooches are one of his most loved pieces. Bringing love to every outfit, Andrew hopes this unique heart brings joy wherever it goes.

This eye-catching blue heart brooch was created in 2022 and is now available to purchase online for the first time.

This sparkling brooch features a triangle of vibrant royal blue mirrored glass which is framed on side edges by seven faceted blue / green crystals. This sends light shimmering in all directions. At the top left corner of the heart there is a larger faceted blue crystal, and in the top right corner, a larger still, unusual rectangular faceted blue / green crystal. All of the pieces are set into electric blue resin and finished with a sprinkling of silver glitter, peppered with a couple of tiny turquoise beads. As with all Andrew's brooches, this brooch is signed and dated on the reverse.

This stunning and sparkling piece of wearable art measures just over 5 by 4 cm at its widest points and weighs 13 g.  It can be attached to a chosen garment using a safety pin embedded in the resin on the reverse and can be worn on a variety of fabrics due to it's light weight.
