WHITE RIBBON BROOCH
This wonderful White Ribbon Brooch is part of a special collection of Andrew Logan's wearable art curated by designer / pop artisan duo Whitaker Malem for Father's Day 2022.
Andrew Logan designed this mini piece of wearable sculpture in 2022 and as with all Andrew Logan's jewellery, it has been signed and dated by him.
The white ribbon brooch is made with seven fragments of painted white glass set into a twisted ribbon of white resin and decorated with white glitter with multicoloured flecks.
Approximate dimensions are 4.5 cm in length and 3 cm at the widest part. It can be affixed to any item by a small safety pin at the rear.
The wearing of the white ribbon stands for never taking part in, condoning or staying silent about violence against women, making it a very meaningful, strong and important brooch to wear.
