RED HEART WITH CRYSTALS BROOCH, 2024

This new brooch is part of a special collection of Wearable Art recently created by Andrew Logan, and styled by designer Roberta in fabulous new collection, Desire For Duende.

Andrew Logan's heart brooches are one of his most loved designs. This eye-catching heart is formed of a kite-shaped piece of red mirrored glass. There are cracks on this piece of glass; Andrew has intentionally incorporated these, believing that the cracks in his pieces bring good fortune. Dazzling details have been added to make this a truly special jewel: a red large oval and circular crystal shine light in all directions, as does the edges of the brooch which have been sprinkled with red and silver glitter. Subtle but striking, this heart would make a precious gift to a loved one.

This piece measures approximately 7.5 by 5.5 cm at its widest points and weighs 18g. It can be attached to your chosen garment using a gold coloured safety pin embedded into the back of the brooch.

This heart has been handmade with joy by Andrew Logan in his studio in mid-Wales. Each piece of Wearable Art is signed and dated by Andrew on the reverse.
