RED RIBBON BROOCH
This wonderful Red Ribbon Brooch is part of a special collection of Andrew Logan's wearable art for Father's Day 2022, curated by designer / pop artisan duo Whitaker Malem.
Andrew Logan designed this mini piece of wearable sculpture in 2022 and as with all Andrew Logan's jewellery, it has been signed and dated by him. The red ribbon, as an awareness ribbon, is used as the symbol for solidarity of people living with HIV/AIDS.
This red ribbon brooch is made with eight fragments of cracked red glass set into a twisted ribbon of black resin and decorated with red glitter.
Approximate dimensions are 4.5 cm in length and 3 cm at the widest part. It can be affixed to any item by a small safety pin at the rear. This subtle but meaningful brooch will make a charming addition to any outfit.
