Wearable art by Andrew Logan includes these ingenious pin brooches that can be used on a shirt, as a substitute for a formal evening wear bowtie, or as a lapel brooch adding a touch of glamour to less formal attire.  Each piece of Andrew Logan jewellery is unique and bears Andrew Logan’s signature and the date it was created, for this bowtie it was 2018.  Andrew Logan hopes his one-off piece of wearable sculpture brings joy to the wearer.

The brooch features five pieces of silver mirror laid over black resin with the additional detail of an unusual striped gold and pewter coloured edging.  This catches the light and add additional sparkle to the piece.

The Bow tie measures approximately 15 by 4.5 cm and weighs 27 g. It has a safety pin on the reverse side to attach to any garment and is a simple yet striking piece of wearable art.
