"SPLIT" - RED DIAMOND DANGLING BROOCH, 2024

This new brooch is part of a special collection of Wearable Art created by Andrew Logan in Spring 2024, and styled by designer Roberta in her fabulous new collection, Desire For Duende.

This is a striking and unusual brooch that will bring glamour and intrigue to every outfit. It's simple and elegant diamond shaped design has been formed with five pieces of "pin striped" red mirrored glass, which has been set into red resin and sprinkled on all sides with sparkling red glitter. Cascading from the bottom of the brooch is a teardrop shaped, imitation red painted pearl, which adds subtle movement to the piece.

Split measures just under 8.5 by 14 cm at its widest points and weighs 34g. It can be attached to your chosen garment using a gold coloured safety pin embedded into the back of the brooch.

This piece of sculpture has been handmade with joy by Andrew Logan in his studio in mid-Wales. Each piece of Wearable Art is signed and dated by Andrew on the reverse.
